I have hundreds of quilting books, but I can honestly say that this one surprised me.I don't think it is for a first time quilter, although I could be wrong.At first when I looked inside, I wondered how I would ever trace the patterns, some are really detailed.Then I realized that there is an enclosed cd that has the actual size of each applique piece.This instantly convinced me that it is a really nice book, well worth the money.
