Spotlight On Scraps: 10 Pretty Quilts [Paperback] Review

Spotlight On Scraps: 10 Pretty Quilts [Paperback]I borrowed this book from the library and looked at it for maybe two minutes at most. The fabric choices are all bright and cheerful, thus the subtitle, 10 Pretty Quilts - ?Nothing new or exciting.I didn't think the book was very scrappy either. The fabrics were very planned out.Not like a traditional scrap quilt should be.Maybe someone would like a particular pattern, so one should see it first before buying.

More Reversible Quilts: 11 New Projects [Paperback] Review

More Reversible Quilts: 11 New Projects [Paperback]I like the concept of quilting as you go, or should I say reversible quilting. There is lots of hand sewing in order to complete the projects. The instructions are easy to follow, however, you will have to tab certain pages as each project refers you back to a different section in the book. I have had fun making several table runners from this book. The colors and photos are beautiful.Great book to have in your personal library.
