Lots of great colour photographs and illustrations.A good "General Quilt-Making Directions" section.The book has 20 projects all of which are quilts of varying sizes.They could all be made in a relatively short time using the quick piecing methods described.Some nice quilts that look more difficult than they are.There are a couple of Asian inspired quilts, most are bright and contemporary.Inspiring for a beginner.
