I had modest expectations for this book but it did not even meet these low standards. If you're an experienced quilter, the book offers only basic and uninteresting layout and patterns. If you're a beginning quilter, you'll be confounded by the author's abbreviated instructions. If you're looking for insights into working with lightweight leather, as I was, about all the help you get is "use a leather needle." Even the suppliers list is awful-the only supplier of leather that the author lists is Tandy. I'm sorry I wasted my money on this one.
